Required Documents for Application

• 2 passport photographs
• Copy of ID card
• Orthopedics and Traumatology Specialty Certificate
• 2 reference names and signature of the references given

After completing the membership form, the above documents must be sent to the association secretariat address.

Annual Fee and Payment

After your membership is accepted, please deposit the annual fee of 500 TL to the bank account number specified below, then send the receipt to the association secretariat by post or e-mail.
