- Orthopedics and Traumatology Specialist Certificate
- Names and signatures of 2 referees
After filling out the Membership Form, please send the above documents to the association secretariat address.
NOTE: Do not deposit the membership fee into the bank before your membership has been approved.
Annual dues and payment
After your membership is approved, please deposit the annual due of 500 TL into the account specified below and send the receipt to the association secretariat by post or e-mail.
