As the Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Association (KADAD), we successfully held the 20th Advanced Arthroplasty Course on 5–6 December 2025 at Acıbadem Adana Ortopedia Hospital, with the participation of 32 distinguished master faculty members in the field of arthroplasty and 67 trainees.
The intensive two-day scientific programme focused on primary and revision total hip arthroplasty at an advanced level. In addition to comprehensive theoretical sessions, three live surgeries were broadcast directly from the operating theatre and discussed in a highly interactive format.
For trainees who had already completed basic hip arthroplasty training, state-of-the-art, evidence-based advanced presentations were delivered on:
- Preoperative evaluation and surgical planning
- Management of potential intraoperative complications
- Problem-solving strategies
- Principles of long-term follow-up
Each session was enriched with extensive interactive discussions.
- Robotic-assisted primary direct anterior total hip arthroplasty
- Complex/challenging primary total hip arthroplasty
- Complex revision hip arthroplasty
Throughout all procedures, participants’ questions were answered in real time, and surgical decision-making processes were discussed in detail.
As KADAD, we take great pride in successfully completing the 20th edition of our long-standing and prestigious Advanced Arthroplasty Course. We extend our deepest gratitude to all our esteemed faculty members, dedicated trainees, the technical team, and supporting sponsors who made this valuable scientific event possible.

Dear Colleagues,
As the Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Association, we will be organizing the 20th Advanced Arthroplasty Course on December 5–6, 2025 at Acıbadem Adana Orthopedia Hospital. During our two-day meeting, where we will discuss the topic of “Hip Arthroplasty” at an advanced level, we will have the opportunity to explore primary total hip arthroplasty, complex hip arthroplasty, and revision hip arthroplasty in comprehensive detail through theoretical lectures, live surgeries, and interactive discussions.
Our aim is to provide participants—who have already completed basic hip arthroplasty training—the opportunity to review and discuss important details regarding preoperative preparation, intraoperative decision-making, and postoperative management, and to evaluate potential solutions together.
Robotic primary direct anterior total hip arthroplasty, complex difficult hip arthroplasty, and revision hip arthroplasty procedures will be broadcast live from the operating room, allowing participants to ask questions interactively and engage in in-depth discussions.
We would be delighted to welcome you among us at the 20th Advanced Arthroplasty Course.
